Sally L. Chen, Esq. practices exclusively in Immigration and Nationality law. Ms.
Chen has extensive and substantial experiences in all aspects of

Ms.Chen has been practicing law since 1996. Ms. Chen is a graduate of McGeorge
Law School, University of the Pacific and she obtained her
Bachelor of Law degree from the National Taiwan University in Taiwan.
During her practice in Taiwan, Sally served as the legal consultant
for Chung-Hwa Telecom and represented a wide
range of clients in civil law, real estate law, corporate law,
employment law and criminal law matters.
Ms.
Chen is a
licensed attorney in the United States and in Taiwan. She is
an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Prior to establishing her own practice, Ms. Chen worked for a large
law firm in the area of international arbitration and international
insolvency in Phoenix, Arizona. Subsequently, she served as the
managing attorney at a business immigration law firm in Denver,
Colorado and headed the immigration practice of a business law firm
in Southern California. Ms. Chen is a frequent speaker on
immigration matters for students, professionals, business and
community groups.
